FREEDOM... not yet...

Hi there y'all. My hope for freedom last Wednesday was very short lived. Mum says the pup O'Reilly is just too much of a puppy still. Everything is a game, he can't take anything seriously. So me coming out was also a game and he scared the pellets outta me!

So now Mum wears him out and then when he's really tired she sits on the floor with him in front of my cage and tries to get him more used to me so he will learn to be calm around me.

Thanks guys for your encouragement!

Aww, soon! You've got to be careful because he's so much bigger than you and he could hurt you by accident! So it looks like your Mum is doing a great thing by wearing him out, so you don't get hurt! :)

You poor sweetie! I hope the barker figures it out soon so your captivity will be over!

Thanks Katie - yeah i think mum is trying hard to keep me safe.

Me too Bunnygirl! He doesn't seem to smart tho, like like us bunnies are. he's pretty dopey and clumsy most of the time it seems.

I'm sorry Archi Ann! The barkers at my warren leave me alone but I am still not allowed out unless my mum is there to snooper-vise.

Thani was left alone with our kitty Yoshi three times last week! He's such a good boy. It's taken us a year to work up to this.

Thanks all for your encouragement - it will be a long process with this dumb hyper barker but that's ok. Mum is watching over me I know!

We hope to see you out and about soon.

I hope he realizes soon that you are not a toy! Too bad you don't hiss and fluff up - that usually stops those stupid dogs dead in their tracks!
