The pellet comparison...
These pictures were taken 24 hours AFTER the previous post...
Riena and Zinger have a new scoop of pellets. And they're already digging in.
Where as here is Archi Ann with the same scoop from last night. She's nibbled a bit but man, as you can see, it's just too hot to care! And besides, she's been munching on the nice timothy and orchard grasses.

Pellets never last long around here. Eat up, Archi Ann!
Mum always seems to have them for me when i need more. she's handy that way. i think this weather has made me less hungry. the water is yummy though! and i like salad and hay! plus i gotta keep my cute girlish figure!
Aww they're so cute! I love Archi Ann all stretched out there - she looks so comfy. I have to keep reminding myself that it's actually HOT where you are, while it's FREEZING where we are! :D

When I was a solo bun, I remember that my pellets could last quite a while, as I have always been keener on greens and fruit than pellets or hay. However, since Miss Eve is sharing my apartment now, there's always a bit of a run and fight for who gets first to the pellets once mum pours them in the bowl. I tell you, I sometimes think that life on my own wasn't really that bad...at least I didn't have to eat up quickly, Miss Eve is really a hoover says mum!

We never get pellets, Orlando is too much of a pellet junkie and has to eat the entire bowl. We just get green and hay.
Archi Ann, tell Mum she could try freezing some water bottles and putting them in your cage when it gets furry hot.
Poor Archi Ann. She must be hungry by now?
Thanks for the link to http://ihasahotdog.com/. That does look a bit like Samaritan. We never heard of the site before and love it. It's like icanhascheezburger.com/ only for dogs. We love it.
To each his/her own!!! Besides, AA can always leave some and they will be there when she comes back. Those other two ... who knows!
We use the frozen bottles of water in the real hot too. But like Katie says ... no worrys of that here in the NW for some time!
We also have fans that get placed around to make a breeze if it is hot.
